You will have a dedicated Jingo Account Manager to support you for the duration of the website development and for up to a month after your site is signed off.
Your Account Manager will be able to advise you on all aspects of your website - from the initial brief and specification right through to launch strategies - and will provide advice and support, as well as an hour of one to one training, for the Content Management System as required.
They will also set up and coordinate all of the accounts you will need to run your site effectively - from Google and Bing to Mailchimp, Twitter and Facebook.

Up to four weeks of free post launch support to address any technical problems or issues that you may encounter with your Jingo website and CMS are provided with our Standard Package.
For complete peace of mind you may also subscribe to our ongoing management and maintenance program for an annual fee equivalent to 15% of the retail cost of your package.
