Jingo forums are fully featured and seamlessly integrated with the rest of your site - they don't look or feel like the bolt on third party software that you often encounter on the web - because they are not. They are custom built from the ground up so that they do exactly what we, and our clients, need them to.

Forums can be organised in groups and browsed using the dedicated forum navigation and search tools (it's important to make it easy for your users to join in) and whilst anyone can look, you must be registered to participate.

Registered users may subscribe to threads and receive an email alert with a link back when new posts are added or may use the RSS feed to be notified of new forum updates.

Offensive language is automatically filtered through an administrator editable list. Additional abuse management is provided through the Moderator Role, which lets you promote responsible members to police other user generated forum content and by the Ban tool in the User Accounts System.

Administration

When logged on with Forum Adminstrator permission you are able to manage and moderate the forums inline. Just browse and click the edit icon to update or delete anything from an individual post to an entire forum group.

A moderator role also exists so that the day to day management of individual forums, with limited permissions, may be delegated as required.
